Morning everyone just putting this post out there to get some ideas of boards that are missing. If you ha e any thoughts please comment below.
So far I am working on boards for penectomy, nullification, castration to help separate them from each other and help keep boards on topic.
FA ,once I get told it's active, will get it's own section as well.

Re: New Boards
I think surgical castration and chemical castration can be separate categories. They are different enough topics to justify their own boards.

Re: New Boards
I made suggestions on another area, but I'll restate them here.
One of the great losses on the other boards were the Penectomy Forums. If I were doing it, I'd bring those back, along with some area for nullification topics as that seems to be where the vast majority of people pursuing this in reality are. When the original EA started, the environment was such one would be lucky if they could even achieve castration, which was the simpler of the options between that and full nullification due to the environment way back when where no medical help was available. A penectomy was a lot more difficult for an amateur to accomplish. There was never a nullification board on the original EA.
So I think the base though here is there needs to be some sort of area to put the 3 basic concepts into practice. 1. Castration 2. Penectomy 3. Nullification. I can see subsets of those, but it would be difficult to encompass all possibilities, though I think that would go a long way to giving people choice in where to post things.
If phpBB can do it, there also needs to be a way to get to ALL new posts through a single link. The way the system is set now it only shows the first few, and I'm sure there is more out there that's going unseen because people would have to wade through the various forum topics to get to all new stuff since their last visit. Again, if it's available, I'm not thinking anyone needs to make a heroic effort to ensure it happens.

If you look under the Quick Links menu you will see the New Posts and Unread Posts links, I may move this out at some stage, but they are available to be viewed.Nulloguy wrote: Wed Dec 18, 2024 5:12 am I made suggestions on another area, but I'll restate them here.

Re: New Boards
I wouldn't mind seeing a section for SOC-8. It's important enough to have its own section.

Re: New Boards
I have mixed feelings about adding more forum sections - I get a bit of extra stuff as a moderator, but it seems like the list is 3-4 screens long already, and many of the areas don't have ANY posts... The EAv2 list was just one screen or so, and seemed to work pretty well.
I think there are a lot more areas where it doesn't really make sense to have things split up so much - a clinic that does one sort of surgery is likely to do others, so why have separate sections? Similarly most of the medical effects and care is going to be very similar regardless of which subset of bits you get snipped... But a person with a question about a simple orchie might not look at the discussion of hormones in the nullification area, and vice versa, even though the hormones for both will be the same... Both people doing penectomy and nullification will have the same need to sit to pee, why have them be separate, and so on down the line...
It's Fusion's call in the end, but I think we would do better to merge most of the subforums back into a very much smaller number of areas, (the same list as EAv2, or similar) and then split things back up only if there is a clear need....

I will be going through a lot of the boards over the next few days and moving them around into better categories and removing boards that have been created but have been replaced.WheelyFixed wrote: Thu Jan 02, 2025 4:52 pm I have mixed feelings about adding more forum sections - I get a bit of extra stuff as a moderator, but it seems like the list is 3-4 screens long already, and many of the areas don't have ANY posts...
