Hi my name is Mikey. I am a 25 male straight guy from the US. I got myself screwed up by watching sissy hypnosis videos because I was bored after I broke up with my gf. Well that led to me watching more and more and getting addicted. So now 6 months later I am more of a sissy now but still in the closet. I wear panties under my work clothes and have bought other fem clothing. Even though I am straight I think about castration a lot now. I feel this videos are having an effect on me or it might just be all fantasy. I am trying to stop but keep going back. So it this point just checking things out and see if my thoughts and feelings get stronger for this Sissy fem stuff.

Welcome to the EA. If you look for serious information about castration you'll find a lot of advices here in the various treads. For more precise details we have moderators that will be more than supportive to help you get oriented in this community.

From me I'll share some experience as you are interested in feminine orientation. It's true for many man to feel attraction to women clothing. From a study I read that it's about 13% of man who wear women clothes in private (It doesn't count trans women here). This figure is under estimated as it is so difficult to get this information it ends up necessarily lower compare to the real value. I my opinion this practice is somehow normal, also rare but normal. One the rationale behind it the great renunciation. The concept has been elaborated by John Carl Flügle in the Psychology of clothes around 1910. His hypothesis found its roots in the earlier period where men renounce to wear extravagant clothing to adopt simple an uniform style. That is why we end up in the 20th century with all men in white shirt with black or grey suits. How fun. Society evolves, slowly but certainly, and now you see in men's department incredible shirts of various pattern, colors, texture and more. But still go to Macy's or else and you'll see one level for men clothes and four or five for women. I think that basically humans like to "decorate" themselves, look at the tattoo and piercing fashion. Make up is under the same idea. Women kept this pleasure of various clothing while man are mostly in jeans and T-shirt.

You mention some fantasy about women clothing and possibly castration. Bots can go together but I would say that if you are erotically excited by wearing women clothes or thinking of castration you are mainly on the fantasy side. It's ok to have fantasy, it important to understand them and not getting them misleading your life.
For myself I wear panties, pantyhose and skirts for years. I describe myself as a straight man but I like those pieces of clothing. I started with kilts, its more manly but by a few years I was attracted to skirt. Mine are basic, not short, strong fabrics, basic color, nothing to feminine but still there are skirts. I wear them in my neighborhood to the grocery store, the pharmacy or the hardware store. Sometimes I wear pantyhose with short pants. Yesterday wearing a black kilt and plaid pantyhose, red and brown, at the corner waiting for my green light, a women arrives in my back and said "you have a nice outfit". She make my day.
As you can se I wear my women clothes as a claim for the equality between the two main genders.
I've been at your age a long time ago and just pay attention to your feeling. You should have a very strong sexual drive at your age and take some time to live with it. I met my lovely wife 40 years ago at 28. We add numerous years of active sexual life, and also a wonderful son, but in the long run sex life it kind of over. For me feminization and castration may have a different meaning compare to your perception.
This is to tell you that you can find friend here as many others with different perspectives as everyone's journey is anecdotical but generally speaking you, me and the others are only experiencing the complexity of human sexuality and gender. All things that vary, for different reasons, during the course of a lifetime.

Welcome to the forums Mikey! You have definitely found the right place to learn about castration and what it means both from both the informal medical side (we are not MD's) and the experiences of those that have gone through it and are living as eunuchs. Certainly feel free to ask questions!

A few points to get started from based on what's in your post -

1. Castration has nothing to do with being gay or straight... I've never done a formal survey (but studies done on the old, sadly shut down site that we refer to as EAv2 agreed) but I'd guess its around 50/50.

2. Absolutely NOTHING wrong w/ wearing women's clothing... Actually a lot of us that have been fixed wear women's panties because they fit our revised shape better. (I do...) If you enjoy it, go for it!

3. Fantasy is fine, and welcome as long as you don't pretend to us that it isn't... The story site is huge and nearly all fantasy (there are some historical stories about actual eunuchs and some other odds and ends) One of the things I see as a major job of this site is to encourage 'wannabe' members to be really totally sure that it is something they REALLY want before going for surgery. There is no gluing the bits back on, so we really want you to be sure.

4. It sounds to me like you aren't happy about the effect the "sissy hypnosis videos" have been having on you... Many regard this sort of thing as a reason to consider hypnosis dangerous. It might be worth seeking some help from a mental health professional to help either deal with the effects and or the addiction... It can be a bit of a challenge to find one that will help you and not just load you down with their own prejudices but they are out there. I've see many suggest that reaching out to your local LGBTQ+ community support groups and asking for a referral can be a good way to find one that won't be freaked by 'weird' gender leanings...

Good luck on your journey
