I love the eunuch calm post orchie that I get on just estrogen ( my T levels was down to 14) but am worried about muscle loss so my gynecologist had me doing 1 pump ever other day and it raised my T to over 200! I only get my blood checked every 3 months. I quickly stopped because …I was getting those undesired erections, inceased hair growth and slighly edgy. (The damn make aggression from T!). Got my T down to nothing again and now I am on about a 1/4 pump ever day….so far I feel fine….havent had my blood work checked …1 more month. This is a balancing act and many trade offs. But bottom line, I wish I had seen a urologist 30 years ago and gone down this path much sooner. I love the feeling

I was prescribed testogel, 50mg. / have been lowdosing my t since I was castrated - completely off T was not my cup of Thea, I had to endure being completely hormone free for 4 weeks and it was really hard to function.
Lowdosing T meant virtually no libido, nocturnal erections if they occurred, were weak and short lived.
Spontaneous erections during the day have been completely absent since my castration even when I was on full dose T for a couple of months afterwards,

As I haven’t discussed the adjustment of lowdosing T with my endocrinologist I have had to remain stealth and I always took full dose of testogel prior to bloodtest.

However latest bloodtest despite I took full dose testogel a couple of hours before having my blood drawn, my levels were only 9.7nmol for testosterone and free T 0.22nmol.

I think the shrinkage is not because you are a Eunuch. But more because of the lack of T. I go to the Young Men's Christian Association (YMCA) here in America and all the older men have small penis. They are all small, I have concluded. Before my castration, I told my Urologist that I must have the smallest penis ever. And his reply was, "Mine is even smaller than yours. Don't feel bad." As a teenager in school, I used to be so ashamed because my penis was so small in the shower room. Penis small is the story of my whole life.

My penis definitely has become very small, to the point where it seems to almost retract into an "innie".

With no balls, I can push it downward "into" my scrotum, although not actually into it, just visually into it, although it does come back out like a turtle bringing it's head out of it's shell.

In addition even with testosterone, I am not permanently impotent, even prescription ED medication does not help me get an erection.

Actually, no balls, no erections, makes me I guess the ultimate eunuch.

The only problem is that the testosterone does give me a libido, a craving for sexual relief, which is very difficult to obtain so I am quite sexually frustrated that way, but overall, no balls and being impotent is a much better way to live than when I had balls and got constant erections, which were on occasion an embarrassment.

Unfortunately, I don't understand the posting. On the one hand you say that you are not permanently impotent *even* with testosterone, on the other hand that you can't get an erection. If you lower your testosterone level, erections usually don't happen - you become impotent und your cock shrinks. However, if you increase your testosterone levels (and also take PDE-5 inhibitors such as Cialis), you should be more or less potent again, right?

Unfortunately, I don't understand the posting. On the one hand you say that you are not permanently impotent *even* with testosterone, on the other hand that you can't get an erection. If you lower your testosterone level, erections usually don't happen - you become impotent und your cock shrinks.
