3 Million Story Views
3 Million Story Views
Last night we passed the 3 millionth view on stories posted since 2-12-01 when we started including hit counting code in submitted stories.
Re: 3 Million Story Views
That sort of staggers the mind as to how many overall hits the Archive has taken in its history, and how many stories have been viewed overall since the old netcom.com days !!!:p

Re: 3 Million Story Views
3,000,000 hits in 10 months!!! That's 300,000 hits per month on the story board. If every reader were to contibute just one single penny for every story that they read, Bboy would have over $3000 per month to support the Archive. He and Talula couldn't give up their day jobs for that amount, but there would be no worry about buying the best computer programs to do the job for all of us to enjoy.
If you're enjoying the Archive, consider sending something to Bboy to help out. Even a couple of dollars stuffed into an envelope and anonymously mailed to him would let him know how much his work is appreciated.
