Eh, masturbation is boring, and so far sex involving one or more other person's is proving to be even less fun. bleh.

I think it's pretty cool that if on the rare occasion I choose to masturbate that I can continue past orgasm #1 and can orgasm a couple extra times afterwards with little effort and time spent. Also I noticed when I do this my erection doesn't subside when I'm done it just lingers for a long time. Also the additional orgasms feel completely different than the primary ones -- soo different and nice.

Before puberty, I could do that too. Another reason to want castration?:)

Re: a dyslexic man walks into a bra
I still have not seen an endocrinologist. I've been afraid to because I thought she was located inside the hospital. My fear of hospitals has grown large again after I had a series of x-rays done for my urologist some months ago. But I just recently found out from my psychologist that the endocrinologist my insurance covers is in fact not located in the hospital but in a private practice (he asked a couple of his other patients who see her after I mentioned my fear of hospitals a while back). So, anyways, hopefully I'll be getting a referral to the endo from my GP here soon (1st I must wait several weeks for the GP appt. and then I'm told this endo has a couple month waiting list. :/ eventually I'll get there).
I am irked that castration has not completely killed my sex drive like chemical castration did. Hopefully with the endo appt. I can figure out what's what and get this cleared up.
--
I do think I need to purchase a compression shirt of some kind soon -- my tiny titties look weird on me (I got some odd looks yesterday wearing this skimpy t-shirt). But I have grown to like them.
Which is nice since I've hated them since I was like 15 (and to think I thought they were noticeable before all this stuff -- eek!).
Becoming more comfortable with my body -- definitely a good thing.

Ten years later and I still have sexual desires. The difference being that they are not based on the purely physical like before castration. Now I need to like and trust the person in the body.

So since May/June I've gained about 25lbs. This is just not cool at all. I weigh 180lbs!@!!! This is the most I've ever weighed before, by far.
Anyone know where I can buy ephedrine cheap?

See if you can find a local weigh loss center. They can probably cough up some phentermine to give you after checking your blood pressure and such.
I'm not talking Jenny Craig or such, just a no-name weight loss center. Thats mostly all they do is pass out phentermine.
Get ready for dry mouth, tons of energy, and a loss of appetite.
The dry mouth has led me to drink nearly 2 gallons of water a day, not necessarily a bad thing.

Yay, thats ONLINE without a doctors 'script. The local weight loss phentermine popping place charges $60 per visit. $25 for the drugs, $25 for the nurse visit, and $10 for dicking around w/ your dough.

Re: a dyslexic man walks into a bra
Would a weight loss place prescribe me something like that even though I'm not overweight (supposedly 180lbs is normal for 6'4" self -- though I'm not pleased with this at all)? Everyone and their mom has told me that I'm looking so much better, that I look very healthy. lol.. and before I used to always get told that I looked gaunt way too damn skinny. heh... I liked too damn skinny. lol.. damn hormones making me gain weight for the 1st time ever. grrrr..

I suppose that'd be up to the weight loss center. I know the one around here that I goto have a few women that you wouldn't know were there had they turned sideways... supposedly they're getting the drugs.

Your body is changing as you mature along with hormonal changes. Some people stay thin all their lives and for others of us the metabolism has slowed and weight gain is a problem. It seems I have waived the flag of surrender in the weight loss battle.

Re: a dyslexic man walks into a bra
Let me understand this. After performing your own procedure you consulted a physician who, and I'm inferring, reported you to the authorities who placed you in a mental health facility. One would have thought that what passed between a physician and his patient was privileged unless there was some pressing necessity for this to be broken. Plus, as you say, he complimented you on the precision with which you'd acted. Does this mean that any person opting for the "auto" mode is subject, under law, to this sort of treatment? What if you'd consulted him on the topic for a professional opinion? Or have I got this wrong?

"Or have I got this wrong?"
I went to the hospital to get patched up and they decided it would be best to keep me for mental evaluation, which seems like a reasonable idea to me and one that I was entirely expecting (though not for that long.. grr). I just went to the ER so basically I saying, "I am crazy man who carved balls out." I don't think they acted in appropriately? heh
It actually wasn't too bad at all, except for the psych was a dick and kept me in there a week longer than he was supposed to. He kept lying to me saying that my normal psych and therapist said they didn't think it was safe to release me. It was a couple days before I was released before I could reach my therapist who told me that that was complete bullshit. And I was told a couple times that I was going to be released the next day or the very same day the 1st time, but then the psych lied and said that no one ever told me that. heh.. he was rather incompetent and a bit of a jerk.

In most jurisdictions doctors are required to report crimes that come to their attention. Self-harm may be considered a crime in some areas. Also there is an obligation to prevent further harm, often this requires psych care. --FLO--

Re: a dyslexic man walks into a bra
I just recently got a bill for my castration fix-up (scrotal exploration, I think they call it?). $534. I guess my Medicaid isn't going to cover it because they claim my insurance was not in effect at that time (I think? I must call and bitch about this).
Oh well. Not too bad.

You are more sane than they are because you understand reality.
But I'm still glad they were there to help stop bleeding and prevent infection.
I guess you gotta roll with their limited perceptive capacities - but never lose sight of the reality that is you. They are incomplete, but nevertheless savvy with sterile swabs.
You are an Advanced Being. But in certain circumstances, (ie cutting out one's own nuts) someone good with an ace bandage is helpful.
Take 'em with a grain of salt, thank 'em for the help ... and move on.
