We want to take my balls out of their jar for a short time. They have been in alcohol for 4 yrs , Will it be alright to remove them from it for maybe a hour.

Actually, I thought we should donate River's balls to the Museum of Natural History in Washington D.C.
I'm almost positive they don't yet possess a pair of Jurassic testicles yet therefore, River's would be the first.

You should use Formaldehyde instead of alcohol, though.
