Cement encased penis
I wonder if anyone can give me some advice. While discussing my dick abuse fantasies with an online friend I joked about him encasing my dick in cement. He actually really loved the idea. So I wonder if anyone can give me some advice if this is possible. Of course I realize we would need to leave an opening so I can urinate. The logistics might be a hassle, unless I put some cup or mold around my dick first. If anyone has any ideas, inputs, etc. I would appreciate it. I am not saying I would do it, but if it can be done safely maybe I will. Thanks!

Re: Cement encased penis
I would be very cautious. When cement cures it is an exothermic chemical reaction. That is the chemical reaction produces plenty of heat. Also the chemicals that make the reaction possible are not good for you skin, especially sensitive skin like your genitals. Then there is the problem of taking the cement off later. You'll either have to chip it, smash it or cut it.
I would think plaster of paris is a much better choice. First it's exothermic reaction is less intense so you are less likely to get burned. Plaster of paris has been used for making cast to set broken limbs, so it is probably safe for the skin. Finally when you decide you want to remove the plaster it is easily cut with less risk of injury.
Oh yeah, and besides all that it is easier to work with. You can get plaster bandages that you soak in water, which you then apply in layers building things up slowly until you reach the rite thickness. There for no mold is necessary
What ever you decide to use it would be a good idea to shave first and apply a coating of petroleum jelly as a release agent. If not that at least use some sort of wrapping to keep the plaster from having direct contact with the skin. The shaving part should be self explanatory. Oh, and be sure to leave yourself enough room for erections...... again self explanatory
Have fun, but play SAFE

Re: Cement encased penis
Portland cement is very caustic, the bags warn users about contact with skin. Use plaster of paris, as jemagirl advises. But there was a report in a British tabloid newspaper, a few years ago, about a man in Germany who wanted to make a dildo mould for his girlfriend. He had to be cut free at a hospital...

Re: Cement encased penis
Also the fact that while your penis is "encased" urination may not be possible. If you are unable to urinate for an extended period of time due to the inability to remove the cement you will be in a lot of pain from an overfilled bladder. If you are not able to empty your bladder eventually the kidneys will stop producing urine and will shut down. If you arrive at your ER with a swollen bladder you will receive a suprapubic catheter which is inserted through the abdomen into your bladder while they chip the cement off of your penis.
If the cement will not allow the erectile tissue to release the blood you will have an erection for as long as the cement is encasing the penis. This may cause permanent damage to your penis along with the problems with urination previously mentioned.

Re: Cement encased penis
For one, you'd have to stay erect till it sets. After solving that problem (caverject?) you'd need to coat any skin that comes in contact with cement with something like liquid latex. There are also some sprays that coat the skin to protect it from caustic substances. It's like a silicone spray. Our safety division sells that stuff for $14 a can and it will protect your skin from high potency sulfuric acid. For all the trouble, do as Jemma said and use plaster of paris or just buy a chastity cage...
I would also think that in either case, it would just "slip out" after your erection goes down.

Just imagine also the extra weight of cement. I would think that would be quite heavy to be sporting between your legs. The friction of that rock alone would make you raw.

Re: Cement encased penis
Thanks for the responses so far, I welcome more if anyone else wants to post. I actually thought more about this last night after posting. I was thinking trying plaster first, then if that goes well try cement. Of course I did not realize cement, or the ingredients, are caustic so maybe it is not a good idea, unless I want to risk losing my dick.
:-\
I do have penectomy fantasies so it could be used there perhaps. I figured that maybe cement could be used in place of a chastity belt/device but perhaps not. I will not be doing anything soon so will keep researching.

DO NOT DO THIS!! DO NOT DO THIS!!
If you do this using cement OR plaster you will end up enduring excruciating pain and will receive severe, permanent and disfiguring damage to your genitals along with the risk of DEATH!!!
Both cement, and to a much greater degree, plaster produce a lot of heat. Third degree burn kind of heat.
When I was a kid I knew a dumbass that wanted to make a mold of his hand so he could then use it to make a copy of his hand. I said it was a bad idea but being a cock-sure (pun intended) bully he went ahead with his plan. Well, the plaster began to harden and he couldn't pull his hand out. The heat from the plaster literally burned his had to a crisp before a rescue crew could get the plaster off. Now he has a scarred hand with three fingers missing and the other two are useless stumps. The up side is that he was bully and deserved what happened.
If anyone wants to make a clone of their privates, go to e-bay and type in "clone a willie". Kits are made for this specific purpose.

Re: Cement encased penis
I can still remember the guy who came in the ER with his penis trapped in a metal vacuum hose extension. Once erect he could not lose the erection. He would never admit if he used the vacuum or was just masturbating in the tube. Once fully hard the blood was trapped and the erection became painful after awhile. He was unable to urinate with an erection and was embarrassed and miserable. Maybe not as miserable as the guy whose wife's vibrator slipped in past his sphincter. If you ever want to know how creative people can be work in a hospital for 15 years.

Re: Cement encased penis
i work in the building industry and there have been meny cases where someone has been burned by cement, one i remember walked through cement and got third degree burns to his ankles as the others have said above DONT DO IT.
now something you my consider is a product that we sell where we work its called repair putty it comes in two parts that you mix together the result is a a subtance that when cured is as strong as steel but can be moulded and shaped before it cures, its also lighter than cement. there are other products on the market like resin componds etc that you could use but i advise reading the label as meny advise against skin contact lots of these can be found at a local hardware store or automotive shop
good luck

Sounds like another "Darwin Award" episode. You should read the things that people have done to themselves. http://www.darwinawards.com/

Re: Cement encased penis
Schools in the UK have been told to take care using plaster of paris after a girl burnt her hands very badly and had to have fingers removed. Just as in the example quoted.
The way to do it is to build up very thin layers so the heat can escape. I've made casts my face and body but only using very think layers to prevent over heating.

Re: Cement encased penis
Another good place to check things out in terms of risk is BME/Risks edition (http://wiki.bmezine.com/index.php/Category:Risks).
I didn't see anything on cement though. I have read an article in the AMOCK Journal, but that was several house cleanings ago. I'll have to see if I still have it or not.
About plaster causing burns. They do use it for setting limbs, but the limb is usually covered with a sock of some sort before the plaster bandages are applied. Also the bandages account for a good part of the volume of the cast while increasing it's strength. Since there is less plaster the total amount of heat from the exothermic reaction is considerably reduced.
It is also a fact that plaster was used in the movie industry to make castings of actors faces. It has since been replaced by a product called alginate normally used to make dental impressions. Alginate is completely safe and cures far more rapidly than plaster thus making more accurate molds possible. Additionally it is flexible which allows for a rigged positive to be cast directly into the alginate.
More good advice about safety. This is for all of us by the way...
ALWAYS read the label. If it says avoid contact with skin follow the advise.
Further it is important to remember that the manufacture of the product may not have considered you particular application. So DON'T assume it's safe just because it doesn't say it's dangerous.
And always remember that you milage may vary. So test it in small amount. Keep in mind that all skin is not equal... like the genitals for instance. Also you may not get a bad reaction from a small application. So proceed with caution.
And finally finally finally, have an emergency plan if things go wrong, i.e. extraction tools, cell phone, buddy to take you to the ER, etc. etc. etc.
