THE PROCESS

My appoint for 14 Jan 08 at 09:00 has arrived I can't hardly believe I made it this far there was no clock around so I don't know how long dr kimmel talked but I would guess 30 minutes or so

Then we went into another room where I striped from the waste down I got one shot in the left hip each cord and some other places I could not really tell where because things where quite numb by then dr kimmel waited a few minuets to let the shots work then poked with a sharp interment to make sure it was all numb

As he started cutting I stared at the sealing because I did not want to freak out As I lay there I played in my mind all the different stories I have read on the ea and all the different fantasies I ever had about how I would like to be castrated that made it a fulfilling experience

I could feel the warm wet blood run down to the crack of my butt I could feel the tugging as he cut away my scrotom and hear the splat or thud as he put it on the tray I really

Except when the main nerve which is located on the right side I thought the pain shots where starting to ware off didn't feel anything as he cut through the cords of my balls but some how I knew when he did he would confirm verbally latter well I got the right one off, left one. One thing that surprised me was that I thought as my balls where being removed that I would get an erection and shoot a load or have some blood come out of my dick but none of that happened that way it stayed limp the hole time It seams like it took as long to sew things up as the whole operation

After quite a long time laying there waiting for the shots to ware off it was about 13:00 by time I was able to walk around I thought to my self these are my very first steps as a eunuch on my way out I stopped by the room where the tray was I looked for a few minuets at my scrotom and balls as they lay there apart from me on the tray

Each ball had 4 or 5 dark black spots where I had injected them and had large areas of dead tissue the scrotom looked like a small pile of raw hamburger I then thought to my self finely my torment is no more

Hi Kennath,

Congrats! Wanted to ask if you could fill us in about Dr. Kimmel and his staff. What was his office like? Was Mary still working there? Any additional staff members? How would you rate the place? Hash

DR .kimmel was older than I thought probably late 60s early 70s I noticed his hands they where surprisingly steady I have noticed other people his age and there hands tremble

And Constantly shake

his secretary name is Mary he had an assistant kind of tall and skinny I can't remember his name he did exactly to the letter what DR. Kimmel asked

All where very polite and professional

The office and other rooms where kept neat and clean

Kennath7,

Congratulations! As someone who plans to follow in your footsteps with castration and scrotum reduction in a couple months I'd like to know how long you had to stay in Philly after the surgery? Also what was your 'recovery time' to resume 'normal' activities.

I'm hoping to have the procedue done on a Monday and fly home to South Dakota on Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday morning.

Thanks,

Ubandme

Remember every one is different

I took 2 weeks off from work the 14th was my cut date and a follow up appointment

3 days latter I stayed at the best western until the 21st

I visited the liberty bell on the 20th

DR. Kimmel sagest that you stay off your feet for 6 weeks with your legs elevated

So your feet are level with but and do not lift any thing over 25 lbs

After my surgery all I did was lay in bed for 4 days I ordered out for food

Which was reasonably inexpensive. I was extremely board after 2 days I did go to the store for some personal things then ventured out for short walks off and on latter

What ever you decide think of what you would if you where out in public like on a plane or walking alone some where and you tore your stitches and started bleeding

You don't want any one else to see your crouch bleeding then you will be in a position to have to explain especially if it was a cop or be in a position where you cont get help

And bleed to death

I went back to work on the 23rd but I took it real easy I still have not lifted anything over 25 lbs

hi kennath7-how is the surgical area doing? How much swelling did you have?Do you like your *new look-How much of the scrotum did you have removed?Dr.Kimmel told me he could only remove 75%,I thought maybe 50%-60% reduction would be ok for me.Did you get my E-mail.Hope this brings you wellness friend.I havent set a date just yet, thought I'd try chemical castration for 2 months just to see if I like what I feel happening to me physically and mentally.Stay in-touch here please.

bearhunter- Two months is far too short a time to form any opinions about the effects of chemical (or surgical) castration. There are some effects that take longer than that to develop and I am sure that your feelings about some of the effects will need more time to come to full force. --FLO--

Hey Kennath7,

Two months won't tell you much. If you take eoungh anti androgen to effect any change in that time you'll probable not feel very good. You need to ramp up. I'm on spironolactone and my doc started me on 25mgs for 3 weeks and 50mgs for 4 weeks and then to 100mgs a day.

That's my 2 cents.

Thanks Uncle Flo and gpb3aol for your response, greatly appreciated.Ive tried to read up on chemical castration,it seems that changes happen to each individual differently.I was triing to put some sense of order to it, as to what I could expect.I must seem nuts, thats probly my problem....I still have them lol. What can a person expect as far as ,1 week into it ,or 3 weeks, or 3 months or 10 months?I feel like one might only be able to answer these questions by going forward.Sorry Kennath7...I dont mean to step on your thread.

I agree, everyone is different. But, I'm pretty sure one week or three weeks of chemical castration aren't going to be much of an indicator of what's it's like to be castrated without hormones. Three months, maybe, ten, probably.

If you just want to get rid of the little buggers and want to keep all the "benifits" then it doesn't really matter because you'll not going to expirence any change if your on T for the rest of your life. But if you want to experience the full effects (no hormones) of beening free of T, then you need to take this test drive.

Hope that helps.

Hi Kenneth7,

Me again. Am getting ready to contact Dr. Kimmel for an April appointment.

How's the healing going? Have you been able to resume doing things or are things still petty sore?

Also, I understand that Dr. Kimmel wants a $750 cash/money order deposit at the time of scheduling. What about the rest of the payment -- cash, check, credit card? Does he still charge $3,200 for Orchi and Scrotum Reduction?

This will give me a little heads up info before I call.

Thanks,

Ubandme

Sorry to post again but just so that everyone knows -- I've been on Siterone 150 mg for two years and am very happy with the results. This was a 'test run' prior to proceeding with actual castration. While I have had no bad side effects (liver, etc.) I do feel it is time to leave the drugs behind.

dr. kimmel will tell you everything when you call him

but to answer your question

if you are just getting the nuts removed you need a money order for 750.00

and the rest in money order upon compleation

if your having your scrotom removed when you have nuts removed then you need a money order for 1000.00 deposit and a money order for 2500.00 upon compleation

The last week has been strange I have noticed that I have been getting pimples I have not had those since I was 22 and 1 nocturnal erection which I have not had since 3aug 07

How is that possible I am not on any hrt I have only been taking multi vitamins and 2000 calcium and 1000 vitamin d I know none of those have any form of t in them

So far I have not had any depression or regrets I have been staying away from beer and any other form of alcohols since they are a known form of depressant cause I do not want to start or compound any problems I know 2 months is too soon to know what else awaits

Me as far as the effects of castration I know of the possibilities but which ones and to what extent is the mystery that makes kind of fun and exciting I am so glade I finely

Went to dr. kimmel it was the best decision I have made as far as fulfilling my desire to be an eunuch

Well 9 more days and it will be 4 month's of freedom

Still taking vitamins it seams as though as I have regained some strength and some stamina but not to the extent as before castration could be part of the healing process

I was very active pre castration . I'm able to do most of the things as I did before

the hair on arms , hands , chest , legs. Are slowly being replaced with smaller , thinner , lighter hairs

one thing different though is that just before I wake up in the mornings it feels as if

I have a raging hard-on when in fact it is not

So far I have not had depression as of yet . I have noticed some weight gain at hip's , belly and possibly breast area I say possibly because I don't know if it is in fact

Breast development or just weight gain one other thing I have notice is that at night my mouth get's very dry I have to keep a bottle of water by my bed to moisten it frequently

I get distracted more Easley and lose concentration in problem solving situations

I feel moor alive , happy , real and content than I ever have before

Keep up the good work and keep us all posted. I'd love to be able to get back to the Dr. and get Castrated. It's been on my mind for so many years I've lost count. Wish I could join the "Class of 08".
