I have noticed that since the weather is getting hotter that my empty scrotum wants to stick to my legs causing me discomfort. Have other had to deal with this? What can be done to fix this?

Oh the hot sweaty months and the sticking scrotum. Since some of my weight redistributed to my thighs I think the problem is worse. I do not have discomfort but I become tired of seperating them.

Why you didn't have the scrotum removed just as well since the testicles were removed. To me it makes no sense in keeping them without any due

Longer healing times and greater expense. Some of us were castrated and needed to return to a normal life. I was back to work in several days, not ideal. The longer healing time is something I did not have time for in my life.

Run away from implants. They are unnatural, feel strange and out of place. Worst mistake allowing them. One didnt work and is gone. want the other one gone too.

Tight underwear does solve most of the problem, hell we're not going to overheat anything!!

Powder might work in an air conditioned office but it's not much help outside in the summer, just makes a mess! And if you do use powder DON"T USE MEDICATED!!!! WOOOOOW!!! I thought powder was powder!

My solution...give it some time, mines shrunk enough that it doesn't seem nearly as bad as it used to be...sad, depending on your outlook, but more comfortable.

I debated having it removed, but the thought of anyone going near that part of my body with a sharp object is out of the question!!!! Look what happened last time!

Fold the skin over and in, tape it.

Might require stronger tape however to withstand heat and moisture.

I fortunately have so little scrotum, that it isn't large enough to stick to anything but the underside of my penis. I can imagine though that others would have that problem. Would seem to me that an absorbant powder would help to eliminate it some, and of course tight briefs would tend to keep it corraled as well.

As to the Jock strap. They were originally invented for bike "jockeys". They were messengers who rode bicycles on errands in the city. There was a real issue with testicle injuries, so some enterprising guy came up with a garment to control the damned things. They were originally a patented item, sold by the jockey company. These days of course no matter who makes them they are a jpck strap. LOL

If the sticking really bothers you, see your doctor about removing it. Its a relatively easy procedure, and if you have an open minded doc, he may put it thru on your insurance as necessary , and your costs will be next to nothing .

Interesting posts. I kept my scrotum for about six months after bilateral orchiectomy and it drove me nuts in the heat of the summer. I had no difficulty in finding a plastic surgeon to remove it and insurance paid for it. A "scrotal reduction" is easier to pass the insurance than a "scrotum removal" and the Dr. is paid more for the reduction surgery. Mine was "reduced" to nothing and, believe me, is much more comfortable and looks much better. I never did want the implants either. Get rid of the excess hanging skin if it bothers you. It will shrink a bit over time and everyone is different there. Mine did not shrink much in 6 months.

I'm the guy he knows, and yes, it's partly his love and encouragement that has given me the confidence to say, I don't need fake nuts to be a man. I got the fakes partly out of my own insecurity at the time, as a top...thinking I gotta have the looks of a top.

Soon they will be gone, I will be smooth and much more comfortable, and I think sexy too. (Coin purse would be hot...lol).

I've kept my scrotum so far figuring it can always be removed later. Mine was relatively tight and my testicles were small so it has shrunk nicely. I am also hairless down there and have had no problem with it in hot weather. But then again, we really haven't had any hot weather so far this summer despite AG and the libs constantly telling us we're going to die from it. The scrotum also has the most absorbtion of testosterone from any skin area on the body so it can be useful if you go TRT and depending on what drug you use. Androgel and Testim are alcohol based and not recommended for scrotal applications. These are the common US drugs now prescribed. But if you don't have insurance coverage and have to pay for it yourself, the best bet is an Australian drug that is 5% testosterone, not approved by the FDA and is water based and intended to be used on the scrotum so far less is needed to get the same blood level of testosterone. In that case, retaining your scrotum could be useful.

Hey everyone, thanks for your replies. I was talking to a female friend of mine about this problem and right out of the blue she said why done you just wear women's panties that will solve your problem. I asked her why she would say that? She said that they are designed to be tight in the crotch area to control moisture and other discharge. Panties should be able to hold your bag up tight against your crotch to prevent it from sticking to your legs. I have thought about this and it kind of makes since to me. What do you all think? Would this work? Have any of you ever tried this??

Yes, my wife has had me wear panties for a number of years and while they were first embarrassing, I now find them very acceptable save for the fact that the absorbable crotch panel doesn't come up quite far enough in the front for my penis but otherwise they work fine. I usually have on briefs or control briefs which holds my penis and empty scrotum nicely.

Not all of us are into panties. In hot weather I find it more comfortable going without underwear.

As for the empty scrotum, it HAS shrunk somewhat though I'd be much happier with it gone. Still looking for a UK surgeon who might do this.

Well I finally broke down and bought me my first set of panties. I got the ones that have the control fit. I am very happy to tell that they are perfect for this problem. My wife saw them and was not to thrilled about me wearing woman's panties. I explained the problem and showed her how well the panties contained my empty scrotum. She said that if they will make me more comfortable that she could get used to her husband wearing panties. I really like the feel that they have also.

I am very gay and still have those two things I am getting rid of. They are not very big and since I wear small panties (have 29 waist) they hold my unwanteds tight against me which gives me a nearly flat front in my size 0 AE low rise womens jeans.

Panties will always hold you tighter because they are not made to hold anything. They are also low rise so they dont rise above your belt line so you won't have to worry about someone seeing them.
