We certainly want to help those that do want to get fixed, but I see my position here as that it is equally a good thing if I convince someone NOT to go down this path. So I try to enjoy the life from my still living body, before it happens. I look to older men in their 60-tie, 70-tie years and try already to understand them, because maybe I will reach their age too.

Thank you very much for talking about this subject, because prostate is an important and pleasurable part of my body. Alcohol injected in balls will stay only in balls and cause their development of scar tissue, so that balls will get hard and numb. Yes, exactly this happened to my balls and nothing more.
Healthy prostate is important for castrated guys too. So I think on reasonable way, if drinkable alcohol injections would cause damage to prostate, if alcohol would attack it, so the most admins and comunity members of eunuch and castration forums would serious advice against alcohol injections.

The same thing with watching porn and impotence. Would to much porn watching lead the men to impotence, so the most men would advice each other against watching porn and use slight erotic magazines instead.

After the use of testosterone during first year my balls have lost every month more and more sensitivity and now on 13-th month they feel no more sensual, only sack remains sensitive and without changing. I take every week a dosis of 100 mg and two tablets of anastrazole, to suppress estrogen.

There is very limited knowledge about the "historical eunuchs" and their medical conditions, but the little we have seems to show little or no evidence of prostate problems. Supposedly there were some exams of a few of the Chinese Imperial Eunuchs in the early 1900's that said they had nearly non-existent prostates....

One of the most noted researchers into modern voluntary eunuchs is a member of the forums, and he says that a urologist friend of his who was a specialist in treating prostate issues claimed that if all men got castrated at around 40-45 he'd be unemployed as prostate problems would become almost unheard of...

It is worth noting that M->F trans folks that are doing estrogen as part of their feminizing regimen don't seem to get prostate issues (although it is recommended that they get the same sort of monitoring)

Personally I know that my own T level is 'undetectable' and I use estrogen for hormone replacement to maintain my bone health, and my PSA score is on the low end. I do watch it because I'm considered 'high risk' due to family history of prostate cancer. The protocols for dealing with prostate cancer are very heavily focused on suppressing T levels, but don't seem to worry about estrogen levels...

However it is definitely your choice about what you choose to do, I'd just suggest being aware that there are definite health risks associated with high T levels and being alert for any signs of problems.

Someone who is repulsed by their genitalia and wants it gone
Someone who wants to align with their gender identity
Someone who wants to enjoy eunuch health benefits
Someone who is religious and wants to avoid sexual sin
Someone who experiences a medical necessity

If castration fantasies turn you on and you want to continue to enjoy castration role-play scenarios, actually going through with an orchiectomy or nullification doesn't make a lot of sense. In this case, it's best to stay a castration fan and admirer.
