Ken mailed me two cords for the MiniMac and I installed them tonight. One was a USB cable which now gives me access to three more ports. The other was a speaker cord which means now I can hear music in hi fidelity.

Thank you EunuKen :)

Now, what kind of a connection do I need to see beautiful women throwing themselves at me forcing me to sex them?

Yeah, I already know the answer. I need a younger body, a better looking face and Hugh Hefner's income :)

Are those the kind of drugs that River takes to convince himself that he's younger than I am :)

I just received notice that the check that a neighbor wrote for my huge water bill bounced higher than a kite. The city will be turning off my water, AGAIN. :(

On the plus side, I should still have water till September 17th.

Also on the plus side, I get to go back carrying 40 pound buckets of water from the neighbor's house so I can flush my toilet. Though strenuous, it was exercise 🆘

Jeanette was supposed to go to court and start school today. However, they drug tested her and she tested positive so she was re-arrested and sent back to juvenile hall. They will hold her in custody until Monday - woo woo

Supposedly, she has to be at school tomorrow at 8:00 am. We'll see if she makes it.

Notice from city water department says my water will be shut off after 4:30 pm tomorrow unless I come up with $726.99, which isn't bloody likely. Oh hell, I needed the exercise anyways.

The city shut off my water at 3:00 pm today. It's not like I didn't expect it. I have enough water on hand to flush my toilet till Monday.

Is someone playing the theme from the Twilight Zone?

My water just came back on five minutes ago, not at full strength mind you, but some water is better than drought :)

If I have a guardian angel, I wonder if she's female, blonde, nicely built and puts out for old farts.

The water utility's street shut off valve probably failed. --FLO--

They drug-tested Jeanette again and guess what? She tested positive, no suprise there.

The county had made a decision - They decided to place Jeanette in foster care until she's 18 (Sometime in February).

I work up early to see Liz and a friend cleaning up my house. Theoritically, Jeanette's probation officer is supposed to come by for a 'home visit."

Last night, Jeanette snorted drugs in my living room, and was transformed into a psychopath for 90 minutes. Her drug counseller arrived to witness it and help calm her down.

The County decided to attach an ankle bracelet to her for monitoring.

On the minus side, Jeanette just woke me up with one of her drug tangents.

On the plus side, Liz said she goes back to Juvenile Hall for two weeks tomorrow :)

Liz just left to take jeanette to court which will sentence her to 7-14 days in county jail.

I'd do sommersaults, but for two things:

(1) I'll wait till I'm sure she's in jail and

(2) I'm almost as old as River and we're both to damn old for such celebrations.

I think you have good and proper need for the best reprieve you can get, and I hope you get it.
