Hi all,

This is my first time discovering this new page/platform. I haven't logged on in months, so I have no clue what happened to the old page. Anyway, I'm a long-time member who first joined the archives on January 1st, 2020, back when I was optimistic about this decade. Here's hoping that this new page is ran in a more up to date fashion than the last page. Here's hoping that the 2nd half of this decade is the polar opposite of the first half. Let being trans not be controversial anymore, let hyperinflation give way to hyper deflation. No more 'plandemics' and a return to normalcy!!!

Wheely, I like talking politics, however, I know it always disintegrates into a shit show so I understand why it's not allowed. Still, eunuch acceptance and rights are important issues for us, so there are certain political discussions that might make sense to allow - perhaps in a protected pro-eunuch private group. Just throwing that out there.

Still, eunuch acceptance and rights are important issues for us, so there are certain political discussions that might make sense to allow - perhaps in a protected pro-eunuch private group. Just throwing that out there.

I want to keep 'shitshows' from happening, even though I also like talking politics (and had significant involvement in the past).... Talk about eunuch acceptance and so on is quite appropriate, but there were some allusions to broader areas that could easily out of the eunuch politics arena, so I thought a gentle reminder was in order - note that I said "Discouraged" not absolutely forbidden.... My goal is to keep about the same level as we saw on EAv2...

As a first approximation, issues that affect everyone about the same way are off limits, except possibly how they impact us in ways different than the general population.... Issues that have direct impact on those of us who are eunuchs or other 'non-standard' genders are in order as long as the discussion stays relevant and 'non-shitty'... I.e from the ones mentioned in the OP, 'trans-equality' is mostly OK, inflation and pandemics probably not...

Thanks for chiming in. It wasn't my intention to discuss politics, but thanks for that reminder about political discussions in general. The topics of the pandemic and inflation were only mentioned to add context to how shitty this decade has been thus far, especially for those of us who are gender non-conforming. Going forward, I will respectfully limit macro socio and economic topics to those that specifically pertain to the gender non-conforming population.

Hoping the same as you, the first half of the 20s has been a disaster politically speaking, let's hope it's uphill from here! Where do we talk about politics here anyways? As in, those policies that concern eunuchs that is.

Seems to me like the General Discussion area is the best place for this sort of castration related issue discussion, with the general limit of minimizing off topic political commentary and mention of specific politicians...
