Hey guys!!!!

;) I finally did it!!!! :dong:

I got orchiectomy yesterday. After some negotiating with the doctor according to my request for combined orchiectomy and penectomy, he advised me to take it step by step, so yesterday morning I finally got rid of my balls( I GOT ONLY ORCHIECTOMY). I feel generally OK, except the little pain that I feel in my scrotum. Yesterday in the evening the pain was bit stronger, but still stand-able. The doctor used general anesthesia, hence I don't remember any details from the operation, itself. Once I woke up after the surgery, I stayed like 2 more hours in the hospital before I left for my hotel. The total stay in the hospital was less than 3 hours!!! I have some bandages and stuff, and I will need to remove it and finally take a shower in Friday (26th), and afterwards to go to the hospital, so the doctor can check me. I take pain-killers and antibiotics, that the doctor prescribed to me.

But, I still have some big question, why I don't feel any change in my sex drive?! I masturbated today, and I did cum, but, the sperm was more liquid and clear than before the surgery, but the pleasure was the same. And, I still think abut girls and sex the whole day :D

So, when I should expect changes in my sex drive, and how fast the process of shrinking of sex drive will develop?

Hot Greetings from Thailand,

Maestro

Well done on achieving one of your goals.

But a reality check... chances are your feelings won't change much at all. At least that's how things are turning out for me.

If you're going to have any decline in sex drive, it may take a while. Just because you no longer have testicles doesn't mean you're going to have a "light switch" reaction to this. It will take a while for the testosterone that was present in your system to work itself out of your body. When I was castrated I found that I still got hard, had orgasms, etc. If you're like me this will go on for a while then one day (about 3-weeks from now) you're going to have a realization that you've not masturbated for a while. When that happened to me the thought of orgasm and the pleasure that went along with it sort of seemed like a nice memory, but didn't feel compelled to jack off when I had this thought come through my head. It was kind of like, "Hey, I've not jerked off for a while, and I remember that felt pretty darn good, but you know, this TV show I'm watching is so much more interesting and I don't feel like jerking off right now..."

It gets to a point that masturbation or sex seem like an interesting thought, but you don't feel like you have to do anything about it. Kind of a strange feeling after a lifetime of feeling like I had to stick my dick in anything that would stand still for more than 2 seconds.

Scheduled for castration by an MD in the middle of next Month. I am not sure about Hrt. What r the pros and cons? How long does it take for testerone to "drain" from the system?

Congratulations.

I think LT summed it up pretty well for you.

I would add that it gets to a point that you cannot even think about masturbation or sex anymore, even if you try to. The desire to act becomes a distant memory that doesn't need to be repeated anymore.

Congratulations on that first step. However, I don't understand why the doctor let you down if he originally agreed to a complete castration and penectomy.

13 years a no T eunuch and my dog and I were out for a walk. We were startled by this gorgeous shirtless young man standing outside his building smoking. Oh I am thinking about sex and may have to masturbate later. This was the second time I have seen him and I regret that I am rusty with the come on lines.

Maybe the dog can do the come-on for you?

The young man did ask if he could pet my dog. I just failed to ask if I could pet him.

Congratulations Maestro! Now just be patient and in a few weeks your sex drive will be just a memory. I quit Testosterone (again) in April this year and my sex drive has faded gently away. Until I read this thread I'd forgotton I hadn't masturbated lately, and I really don't miss it at all. I've only had two hot flashes, which didn't last too long, and I'm taking a calcium supplement to hopefully ward off osteoporosis. This time I want to stay off T for good. I quit T twice before and both times tiredness and lack of energy scared me back on to T; this time I'm pacing myself better, taking more exercise and going to bed earlier. So far I feel good and I'm not gaining any weight. I still like to look at good-looking guys but I have no desire for sex any more.

It would be interesting to have a progress report from you in a few weeks.

All good wishes.

Thank you guys, for your fast replies! I really appreciate your support! Your answers mean a lot for me! Of course, I will keep you updated with my progress, and I will try to be as objective as possible.

I just came back in the hotel after a local tour, and finally after the surgery I will shower now, and will try to remove the surgical dressing. I peep a bit below the dressing and I saw that I have one sewed hole, from the right side of my testicles (Obviously he removed both testicles from the same hole). I almost have no pain, but I take a lot of pain-killers.

I don't want to take any testosterone as a supplement, but of course I will take calcium to prevent osteoporosis and I will go to the gym more often to prevent gaining extra fat.

Regards from the exotic Thailand!

always yours- Maestro

Well, of course I didn't say the real reason for my castration to the doctor. I was afraid that he will not take me seriously, and since transgender-operations are acceptable here, I told him that I want to become a transsexual. Than he asked my why I don't get a full transgendered surgery, and I replied that I wanted to take it step by step. ( I don't want to have a pussy :D). But, the main reason is total shrink of sex drive, and becoming kind of a neutral gender. He(the doctor) told me that after I recover from this surgery I might think about penectomy. So, he didn't really let me down. If I was more pushy, maybe I could have had both penectomy and orchiectomy at the same time.

Thank you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo muchhhhhhhhh for your detailed answer! I am looking forward for that moment, when as you said, I will prefer to watch a TV show, than to jerk off. I have made some quick research about this, and yes, I think I should feel some real results in 3 weeks. Looking forward to it! :D

Thanks mate for the support! I will need to reply the same as to "Losethem". I am really looking forward to see my crazy sex drive shrunk.

Take care! :)

Well, it took me about 2 months to go from 3x a day to once a day and another 2 months to go to once every 2-3 days. Much of it will be in your head, and much of it will depend on the response of your adrenals. For me it was never about losing my sex drive; it was simply a remodeling job. Since I'm a bit low on testosterone, my sex drive has remained on the low side, but it's fun to get horny once in a while. Adds some spice to life.

Congratulations Maestro123. I'm glad your operation was a success, and best of luck for Step 2!

May I inquire, who was your surgeon, and in which hospital does he work?

Will you write up a more detailed description of your experience? WHat your thoughts were before and after the surgery etc?

Not to be intrusive for details, but...

A review of your experience with the facility would be very useful to the rest of us.

I recall back in the day several folks posting that Dr. Spector's office and staff scared the hell out of them in a few ways.

Thank you.
