I am interested in the thoughts and attitudes towards their situation of men who happily fantasized about being voluntarily castrated, but ultimately had to undergo it for medical reasons.

I recall a funny story I read on Reddit where a man who did extreme ballbusting through many years tried to sell his sperm, but he discovered he had none and that there was a lot of scar tissue inside his scrotum.
