Hi and welcome to the forums...
If your interest is primarily fantasy, it is probably best to post in the Fiction area about your ideas...
If it is more serious, I should point out that we do not allow posts looking for (or offering) unlicensed castration / cutter services, or persons to do them... So you would need to either find a dominatrix that was also an appropriately trained medical professional, or was willing to get the job done by one, rather than doing it herself.
