Hello from NH, where the winters are cold, the summers damp but a lot of trees and trails.
I wanted mine off since a teen. Now in my 60s and mostly impotent it's time to do the job right.
I welcome chats, and would love a special relationship.
Cya soon!
A research study from the University of Hawai‘i is now open for participation.

Re: Hi from New Hampshire
Welcome to the forum, from one New Englander to another. I'm happy that we're finally getting a respite from the bone-chilling temps.
Re: Hi from New Hampshire
Yes, it's been pretty nasty the last month or so especially. When you have an Old English Sheepdog that goes out and loves to sit in the snow with the 18 degree temps blowing at 30 mph it makes it even tougher, especially when she's in total happiness with her face to the wind!

Re: Hi from New Hampshire
Welcome! Glad to have you back with us!
I notice from your profile that you've been doing alcohol injections, and want to do a binary transition, correct?
As far as I know there are no explicit legal restrictions on adults seeking transition in the US, I choose to present as male and have NOT chosen to get the X mark on my drivers license just because I figure it is better not to give Officer (Not-so) Friendly any additional excuses to make life more difficult.
Career impact is harder to tell, depends on what it is, and I have heard of at least one case were it could impact professional license status, but generally speaking it is not SUPPOSED to matter. In most states and federally discrimination based on transitioning is illegal, but some employers will find excuses to do so...
If you've been out of touch for a while, you may not have heard, but there is a relatively new (it's been out for about 3 years) version of the WPATH standards of care, the SOCv8 which does make things a LOT easier in terms of the hoops that are needed. There is now a chapter specifically for Eunuchs. Since you've been doing what they would define as "self-harm" you may even be able to 'fast track' your way through some of the hoops.
It isn't in NH, but I had pretty good care from the TG-center at MGH for whatever that is worth, not sure about what there is in NH...
