I'm str8 21 y.o eunuch i'm very into bodybuilding gym rat from czech republic. So why i'm eunuch? I was sentenced for prison because i raped escort woman and court offered me surgical castration as early release condition (it's allowed by law but only for offenders who are at least 21 years old) so i agreed and 3 days after my 21th birthday in february 2025 my both balls were removed from my scrotum in prison ambulatory (simple bilateral orchiectomy) and month later i was released from prison. I'm not able to get legally testosterone on prescription but i'm allowed taking nandrolone. I feel now calm and my libido dropped about 3/4. I can get erect my 19 cm penis when watch to porn but it takes a lot of time and is big effort.

Welcome to the forums. I think you are the first member I recall joining us as a result of a legal punishment, either here or on the old EA site.

It's something that has been a topic of discussion a few times, and there are endless stories in the fiction site with judicial castration as a plot element, but I hadn't heard of it actually being done in reality the way you describe.

I never was interested into castration before that rape and it was quick decision making process. It was my first sex offense and i never had troubles with law before. court got me choice: minimal sentence for rape which is 3 years in prison or mandatory therapy which is psychotherapy plus chemical or surgical castration. So i wanted to avoid prison and asked for 2nd option with surgical castration because with chemical castration it means mandatory arrival for injections and after my balls were cut off i'm not obliged to any further arrival for injections or testosterone level monitoring. So i decided to use that legal hole and asked for surgical castration in hope that now when i'm free i will be able to get testosterone on black market. I can't go to any doc in czech republic and ask for testosterone because officially it's for me banned for life and any doc is obliged to check that info in system about patients before giving testosterone prescription. I wasn't easy decision because i loved my balls like any other guy but i was scared about prison. I spent 1 month in arrest during trial and 1,5 month in prison where i was castrated and observed for one month to ensure my libido is lowered enough to release me. It was checked in a month after my castration in small room when i was naked with penile plethysmography put around my penis base and asked for watching heterosexual both normal porn and rape porn movies so sexuologist measured reaction of my penis volume change. It was almost flaccid to normal porn and completely flaccid to rape porn. So they agreed that i can be free. Castration operation it self was 30 minutes procedure. by default its testicular pulpectomy which means making empty shells from testicles. Disembowelment of them not removal. but of course empty shell of testicle is not able to produce testosterone but scrotum still looks like filled by small testicles inside. I felt that's ridiculous and asked for simple bilateral orchiectomy where my balls will be cut off completely which is shorter procedure and if i want i will put implants inside after release. I was 20 y.o anyway and i was forced to stay in prison until i will reach age 21 which is minimal legal age for punitive surgical castration and 3 days after my 21th birthday was my last day as a man and first day as a eunuch it was 8am when February 8th 2025 i was escorted from my cell to group showers where i got shower with other prisoners like usually but doc ordered me to shower myself with antibacterial soap. because i used to start in bodybuilding contests before i was arrested so my whole body was permanently laser shaved, crotch too. so after shower i was ready to castration and still naked (despite i intentionally didn't masturbate for whole week before castration because sexual excitement helped me to manage with fear my penis was flaccid during this hot shower because i was too much agitated from fear) so just with towel wrapped around my waist and flip-flops on my feet i was escorted by long corridor with several doors to ambulatory where female nurse in her 50's odered me to strip the towel and and get into operating room. My heart was bouncing from fear like crazy in my chest but i showed no emotions. i get on the table where i lied on my back completely naked with my legs apart in stirrups and secured by straps on velcro and my arms too, so i lied on my back secured by my legs and arms by velcro straps apart in "eagle" position. then surgeon arrived who was older guy also in his 50s i think. both nurse and surgeon were kind and professional but without sympathy for rapist. Nurse wiped my sac with somethingto disinfect i think and she put 2 injections of local anesthesia in both sides on my scrotum. Then after several minutes she massaged my balls and asked me if i feel anything and i replied that i won't feel anything so surgeon started his job and i felt only some pulling out like feeling and instead scared i started feel bored with watching ceiling and clock on the wall and it was something i didn't expect that i will feel bored during execution of my sexual death sentence . After 20 minutes i realised that i don't feel any pulling anymore and get up my head a bit and saw the table next to operation table with the scalpels and other stuff and tray where my both big juicy were they looked like boiled chicken eggs just more red and with blood droplets, and surprisingly for me it was both scary but from moral side also beautiful view because i felt deeply in my soul that its poetic justice i deserved for and i suddently from boring state felt relaxed calm and proud of myself that without showing any emotions i went through that good old way lesson for rapists and also because it's over my manhood is gone so my male ego stopped internally in my mind fighting for saving my manhood. Maybe also it's because years on gym where i realized my bodybuilding passion teached me not to feel sorry about myself i went through it so calm. But of course the most important thing was the hope that i will buy testosterone on black market and still enjoy my hard 19 cm penis instead suffering impotence which is the one of goals this punishment, maybe not officially because officially castration is the form of help not punishment for the rapist but for me 21 years old muscled stud castration without ability of taking testosterone it's like death penalty.

Prague, July 7 (CTK) – The Czech government supported yesterday a draft amendment decreasing the castration lower age limit from 25 to 21 years of age, which was objected by Ombudsman Anna Sabatova, and Health Minister Svatopluk Nemecek said the operation will be performed at the patient’ s request.
In a press release, the Health Ministry said the amendment ensures a better supervision of people undergoing protective treatment.
The respective medical facilities will be obliged to report the patients who do not undergo checks or do not start treatment at all.
The restriction of the sexual instinct is possible with the use of medicaments. However, if the patient stops using them, the instinct is renewed. Another possibility is surgical treatment, which is irreversible.
The European Commission has criticised the Czech Republic for the surgical castrations that are banned in a number of European countries.
However, the Czech Sexological Society has recommended that the surgical castrations should be preserved.
Its scientific secretary, Professor Petr Weiss, told CTK that 4 percent of patients who underwent the surgical treatment commit a sexual crime, compared with 17 percent after treatment with medicines.
Reacting to the argument stated by the European committee for the prevention of torture that only two EU countries allow surgical castrations, Weiss said this is so simply because there exists no specialised treatment for these people in a number of countries.
“There are countries, including the United States, where this option is used in sexual offenders who do not even have to be deviant in a much broader sense,” Weiss said.
In the Czech Republic, surgical castrations have been banned in people under 25 years of age, those in custody or in prison since April 2012. In 2000-10, 80 patients underwent it. In 2012, the government refused to ban surgical castrations, saying they are an alternative to life confinement to institutional care and that they are only performed based on the patient’s free decision.
Nemecek said it will be also possible to perform castration on the patients who have not yet committed any sexual-motivated crime, but where there are serious reasons to suppose that they will do so in the future.
The respective medical facilities will also have to report to the police that a patient wilfully left hospital or shuns regular checks.
“With this measure we react to calls for a change to the system that would allow the detention of potentially dangerous patients in time,” Nemecek said.
The draft amendment provides for assisted reproduction being also performed by gynaecologists and obstetricians.
The change of sex can also be performed on people remanded in custody, serving their sentence, or undergoing preventive treatment.
