Is soy good or bad for prostate ?
What about hormonal level when eating daily soy products ?

Looks like a good study thanks for finding it....
I've never put a lot of effort into the research, as I don't do enough soy personally to mater, but I've seen some claims that soy is somewhat estrogenic, which would have a tendency to be good in terms of discouraging cancer and BPH...

We hear horror stories about this and that being no good for you. I think we all need to use a little common sense and figure anything (except of course the obvious), if used in moderation, just might not kill you
