Welcome to the forums, hope we can answer any questions you have... Also there is good chat system available if you haven't already found it, look for the "Chat" icon near the top of the page.
As a fantasy these surgeries are great, but it is absolutely vital that you really be certain that it is what you want before taking any steps to "make it real" - something we can't emphasize enough! There are no do-overs, once the bits are gone they are gone forever....
