Yes it was my favourite and go to fetish! Did it for many years and it eventually turned into castration desires which I eventually acted on

I have squeezed my testicles, indeed, to a point of them being "mushy", but not "popping", of course. I haven't noticed any difference that could be linked to lower T. I thought of doing it daily as a way of eliminating T, as you pointed, but I didn't continued. You might already that this isn't very efficient, specially because it needs a determination that usually is sexual. When you feel tired, the sexual energy drops to a point that you don't feel likely to continue the daily practice.

Curiously, nevertheless, I have a strange feeling that I get sick every time I did a ballbusting routine, as if my immunology dropped. It seemed as a pattern.

I don't think I'm built for ballbusting. Back in my baseball days, I had hardballs hit me square in the nuts several times. It was the most painful thing I've ever felt. I definitely didn't like it.
