For those who can receive British TV, there will be a program transmitted with the title "Castrato" on BBC 4 at 9 p.m., lasting one hour this coming Wednesday July 5. It will be repeated at 1.15 a.m. the following morning, Thursday.
The program description states: "Who were the castrati, and what did they sound like? This film investigates their private and public worlds."
