I can accept castration for two well-defined reasons:

- Total frustation and disappontments after a long period of serious efforts to alter his situation, e.g. in relation to women.

- Gays who want to be real sex-slaves / bottoms in all consequences, especially serving in a better way.

I can also tell that piercing of the balls are not so risky as some may expect. There are only some conditions - very clean needles, a clean towel, neutral soap and some spray to disinfect the skin.

In younger years I have also tried to twist my balls. After two turns it is impossible because of the pain in the belly, but not so much in the balls. I would also recommend not to do it in this way.

I have similar experiences. It's quite good to use hypodermic needles, and only once. Otherwise you must sterilize other (sewing) needles in boiling, salty water for some minutes (in cases of reuse).

It's always a special sensation to feel the needles inside of the testicles ....and I like to move ...
