Re: Hello everyone! new member here. looking to castrate myself in Saudi Arabia
Hello and welcome to the forums!
Unfortunately while there are various rumors (many of them very nasty) about castration and eunuchs in Saudi Arabia and various other Muslim countries, I don't know of any resources in Saudi Arabia where one can get safely and legally castrated without a lot of other negative consequences. (many of the rumors involve slavery, etc.)
Do you know of any sort of LGBTQ+ centers or organizations in your country? I've been told that at least some versions of Islam are very unaccepting of this sort of thing, and that because of the heavy influence religion has on your government that there may not be many options.
Unfortunately 'medical tourism' may be your only real option. What is the reason you can't leave your country?

No there are no LGBTQ+ centers. you said it yourself religion limits that a lot. I cannot travel outside currently because I am stuck in this country as an illegal citizen. 20 years ago when I was born my father decided it'll be funny to not register me or apply for any documents which resulted in me growing up being stuck here but that's a story for another day. I do not care about legal and laws. if a doctor or even a vet is willing to castrate me I'll take the chance because I am desperate.WheelyFixed wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 9:11 am Hello and welcome to the forums!

That sounds like a tough one, I have absolutely no idea with how to deal with the illegal citizen part of the problem, and can't suggest any way to find a person that would be willing to do surgery especially given what I've heard about Saudi legal punishments...
That said, do you insist on surgical castration, or would chemical castration be a possible option? If it is, then there might be ways to do that on your own, though we don't recommend it since there are risks to most of the methods....

I don't mind chemical castration if it leads to the same results. and I am willing to take some risks because I am truly desperate. but I'd want to minimize it as much as possible. so please if you know of anything let me know.WheelyFixed wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 10:27 am That sounds like a tough one, I have absolutely no idea with how to deal with the illegal citizen part of the problem, and can't suggest any way to find a person that would be willing to do surgery especially given what I've heard about Saudi legal punishments...

Re: Hello everyone! new member here. looking to castrate myself in Saudi Arabia
This is where I really miss the old EAv2 as there were a LOT of threads there that went over all sorts of DIY methods, many of which dated back to the days when that was pretty much the only option there was....
Possibly the lowest risk is some of the drugs that are used for 'Androgen Deprivation Therapy' (ADT) in prostate cancer patients. One that I've seen mentioned as low cost and that might be easier to obtain is estradiol (estrogen), either as a patch or injections. I don't know what the rules are about getting drugs there, but I know some have used mail order pharmacies in other countries that don't require prescriptions. One that used to be mentioned a lot was "In House Pharmacy" You do not want oral estrogen as that requires a higher dose and puts a strain on your liver. Arguably the biggest downside risk of estradiol is that you will get some degree of 'feminizing' especially breast growth. Upside is it avoids some of the physical and mental health issues that can come with castration....
There are other drugs like Lupron, Firmagon (one of the better drug names IMHO
) and so on that are used for prostate cancer, but they are said to be much more expensive and harder to get.
Another drug mentioned frequently is Depot Provera

Thanks for the info though I'd prefer to not grow more girly. without estrogen I already look rather soft and feminine. I'll still check to see if it's possible to get this drug though it's unlikely as everything in this place needs a permit and mails and stuff are tracjed. if anyone knows of a surgical method in Saudi arabia or somewhere to get the drug to inject from under the table if you know what I mean then please let me know.WheelyFixed wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 12:56 pm This is where I really miss the old EAv2 as there were a LOT of threads there that went over all sorts of DIY methods, many of which dated back to the days when that was pretty much the only option there was....

I don't know about chemical castration anymore. I've spent a good few hours researching it and not only is it hard to get something to saudi arabia due to strict rules of transport. the downsides might just be too much. I am not 100% against the idea because I want to castrate no matter what but I certainly prefer physical castration.

There are some other methods such as ethanol injections, calcium chloride, and perhaps stirring. Not sure if they are recommended as there can be other side effects, but I suppose you will be able to obtain them more easily.
Do your research. Have a back up plan. Find a doctor you trust that you can see if you experience any problems.

FWIW, I found I still had some of my early notes that I made before I started doing the SOCv8 process, and just made them into a couple of LONG posts in the Castration Discussion / Chemical Castration / Medication & Methods area, including one on CaCl...dandelion wrote: Mon Jun 02, 2025 1:12 am There are some other methods such as ethanol injections, calcium chloride, and perhaps stirring.
