For an escort to claim rape is a stretch, if you ask me. Isn't "escort" a polite term for a prostitute who gets paid for sexual favors? Are you sure this wasn't consensual, and she just charged rape out of spite or for some other reason? Rape is not a sexual act, it's an act of violence! Are you a violent person? Perhaps you were "juicing" with steroids in order to build bigger muscles and suffered from "roid rage"? In any case, if you were paying this woman, with an expectation of sex, how can she claim rape? If all of this is true, and you were sentenced to prison, which I assume is a dangerous place in the Czech Republic, I suppose castration would be a wise choice. I became a eunuch 10 years ago because I had extremely low testosterone levels for over a decade, and was on TRT. They became atrophied and scarred, so my doctor recommended castration to avoid possibly dealing with testicular cancer later. I'm still on TRT and despite my age, I have a youthful look, and can still enjoy sex. Being castrated at your age, and without access to T, it will be difficult to maintain your body mass and even achieve erections. In any case, I wish you well, eunuch brother.
Castratedbodybuilder who started this thread has not chosen to post anything about the details of his offense so we have no idea about what he may actually have done, or whether he meant escort to refer to a sex worker or some other meaning (especially since I think he was using translation software, and we all know how that can mangle things...
As such, this is speculative about his case, but in the broader sense, the idea that it is impossible or even hard to 'rape a sex worker' is flat WRONG.... Regardless of their profession, they first and foremost are
people, and can be abused and violated just as anyone else can be... As just one possible example, if a sex worker has agreed to perform act "A" and her customer forces her to perform act "B" against her will, it is just as much rape as if he had forced any other woman to perform the same act... (Which might even include being 'rougher' than had been agreed...) The wrong idea that it is impossible to rape a sex worker, or one's wife, has been used as an excuse for all sorts of heinous acts, and fortunately most of us are getting to be more aware of this and not buying it any more.
As an example of how the idea can be misused - there was a case, I believe in CA, where a serial rapist would regularly get caught, and NOT be convicted because he would always leave some cash behind when he left his victim. He would claim in court that this was 'payment for services' which under the law at the time (I believe it has since been changed) made her a sex worker and 'consenting'...
It is possible that CBB was juicing on steroids - not an acceptable excuse!
There has been a fair bit of debate about the entire question of the morality of "Judicial Castration" as a punishment. It does have a certain emotional appeal as a punishment that fits the crime, but there are definitely reasons to question it, which I won't rehash here... Many have felt it shouldn't be an option at all. Nearly all thought it should never be forced on a perpetrator as a mandatory sentence. Some, including myself, don't feel it should be mandated, but don't have a huge problem with it being a voluntary choice, possibly in exchange for a reduced sentence... (Which is apparently the option CBB took...)
