📢 NEW SURVEY – Usefulness of the WPATH Standards of Care

A research study from the University of Hawai‘i is now open for participation.

🧪 The study explores how the WPATH Standards of Care v8 – Eunuch Chapter has supported individuals in accessing gender-affirming medical or surgical care (e.g., orchiectomy, penectomy, nullification).

📝 Participants are invited to complete a completely anonymous 30-minute survey to share their experience. No personal information is collected.

🔗 Click below to take the survey:

📚 The results will contribute to a medical journal article and help improve access and care for the Eunuch community.

Re: Hello Frens

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the TG clinics, the only problem I had with the one I went to was that they were in an old building with rather marginal wheelchair access (They've since moved to a much nicer building) but they did their best to make things work for me, and it was just ...

Re: How old were you when you understood what was castration ?

I was about 11 when I was first exposed to harmful/abusive (really bad stuff) sexual content online. I was trafficked for most of my childhood online. I was about 14 when I first understood the word eunuch in the Bible. I’ve pretty consistently wanted to be a eunuch my entire life but haven’t been ...

Hello Frens

Hi, I’m a eunuch and a parent. I’m married to a woman. I am the way I am because I was trafficked as a child online and it contributed to some pretty difficult hurdles in life that I’m only now starting to grasp at 35. I found out about eunuch gender/sex in the standard of care for transgender ...
