As others have said, there's nothing wrong with any of your desires, but try to separate out the fantasies when weighing whether to move forward with any sort of irreversible medical procedure. I would suggest taking a step back from the hypnosis videos for a period of time ...

I'm not going to make this known to the bulk of my family, in fact I'm not sure anyone outside of my GP and a few select individuals should know.
