πŸ“’ NEW SURVEY – Usefulness of the WPATH Standards of Care

A research study from the University of Hawaiβ€˜i is now open for participation.

πŸ§ͺ The study explores how the WPATH Standards of Care v8 – Eunuch Chapter has supported individuals in accessing gender-affirming medical or surgical care (e.g., orchiectomy, penectomy, nullification).

πŸ“ Participants are invited to complete a completely anonymous 30-minute survey to share their experience. No personal information is collected.

πŸ”— Click below to take the survey:

πŸ“š The results will contribute to a medical journal article and help improve access and care for the Eunuch community.

I knew about phantom pain in an amputated arm or leg, but I never thought it would also occur in removed genitalia.

Re: Dating as an "incomplete man"

That makes eunuchs the perfect partners for people who want the benefits of a mate without the obligation to swap bodily fluids. I'd advertise that fact in online ...

Re: Dating as an "incomplete man"

I see a lot of replies, but they missed the subject: how difficult is it to get a date if you are "incomplete"? Non of the replies are about it.

Not a Doc, but I'd agree w/ Dandelion in that I don't see how a kidney stone could damage your testicles, as they have different plumbing... The prostate acts as a sort of mixing / diverter valve, and (if working properly) either connects the bladder to the urethra for urination, OR mixes sperm ...

Re: With or without balls

My taste in partners didn't change after vulvoplsty. I still fancy anyone who has no dick (cis women, post-op trans women, nullos...) just like before surgery, which happened in February this year.

PS and my partner must not smoke.

2 incredible love stories

Story #1 has nothing to do with losing my manhood; story #2 does.

In the year 2000 I got on the internet for the first time. Facebook didn't exist yet. Chatboxes were the main social media then: all you saw were typed messages in rooms with several people.

One of those people drew my attention ...

I did... but she died.
I found my present wife when I had plans for surgery. As a matter of fact that is another special story which I'll tell in a new post.

@dandelion
The stone was not shattered. It seems I was treated by ver bad doctors then.
It passed the balls on the way out and hit them, I guess. I have no X-ray vision, so I can't be sure, but this must have happened. It's the only rational explanation.

Every aspect has been mentioned. But if you have a question I'm happy to answer.
