I've heard of people going several different ways on the surgery. Some just get an orchie, and do the scrotectomy later, others (including myself) did both at the same time to avoid extra surgery and recovery. Nice to see another fem eunuch out here other than myself. And welcome to eunuchood I myself have been a eunuch since September 21st of last year (at the age of 20, which I am very fortunate for), which is almost a year at this point (crazy how time passes us by!)

The signs are inconstant, but the meaning and the significant remains more or less the same, as far as I understand. If you ever get to be castrated, than you would definitely be a castrated person.

After puberty I gradually started humming less and less, and for a decent while, I would stop humming all together
